Profile Summary:
ANP Consulting is partnering with a leading consulting firm who are seeking for a highly skilled and motivated Oracle Professional to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for database administration, software development, cloud architecture, and consulting, ensuring that Oracle solutions meet the specific needs of the organization and align with industry best practices. The role requires a strong understanding of Oracle technologies, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with teams to deliver efficient, scalable solutions.
Location: PAN India
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, configure, and implement Oracle PBCS, ARCS, EDMCS, FCCS solutions based on business requirements.
• Lead workshops and requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
• Develop financial planning, budgeting, forecasting models, reconciliation and consolidation processes.
• Support UAT and SIT processes by preparing test scenarios, documentation, and assisting end users.
• Collaborate with finance teams to provide insights, reports, and data visualization using tools like PowerBI.
• Create and maintain detailed functional and technical design documents, user stories, and process maps.
• Train end-users and provide post-implementation support.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience with Oracle implementations.
• Strong understanding of financial processes (e.g., consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, reporting).
• Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and other FP&A tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: Candidates with Engineering or MBA or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualifications.
