Our Journey
ANP Consulting was founded on a clear conviction: organizations need partners who understand both enterprise planning technology AND the specialized talent required to implement and sustain these systems. Founded by Nakul Aggarwal, a Chartered Accountant with 9+ years of hands-on EPM implementation experience, ANP was born from recognizing a critical gap in the market.
The Beginning
Nakul's experience leading complex EPM implementations revealed a consistent challenge: while many consulting firms offered technology solutions and staffing agencies provided resources, very few truly understood the nuances of enterprise planning ecosystems, the specific skills required for successful implementations, and the deep business acumen needed to drive lasting transformation.
Having led complex EPM implementations across industries, Nakul recognized a recurring challenge. While technology consulting firms focused on system implementation and staffing agencies supplied resources, very few partners possessed the combined expertise to align technology, people, and business strategy for long-term success.
