About the Role
We are looking for a Pigment Developer with hands-on experience in Pigment and a strong understanding of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and FP&A processes. The role will involve designing and developing planning solutions, translating business requirements into scalable models, and supporting organizations in improving budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop planning models and solutions in Pigment for budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and related FP&A processes.
- Translate business requirements into scalable data models, calculations, dimensions, workflows, and dashboards.
- Configure and enhance Pigment applications based on business and planning requirements.
- Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and improve planning processes.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical views to support data-driven decision-making.
- Support integration of Pigment with ERP, CRM, data warehouse, and other enterprise systems.
- Work with data integration processes and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance.
- Troubleshoot application, data, and performance-related issues.
- Support implementation, enhancements, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Prepare technical and functional documentation as required.
- Support user training and knowledge transfer for Pigment solutions.
- Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Required Skills
- 2+ year of overall experience in EPM, FP&A, financial planning, or related enterprise planning technologies.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Pigment is preferred.
- Experience with EPM/FP&A platforms such as:
- Anaplan
- Workday Adaptive Planning / Adaptive Insights
- Oracle Hyperion / Oracle EPM
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A processes.
- Hands-on experience in developing planning models, calculations, dashboards, and reports.
- Understanding of data integration concepts and experience working with SQL.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on EPM implementation or finance transformation projects.
- Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or BigQuery.
- Familiarity with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to enterprise ERP and CRM systems.
- Relevant Pigment or EPM certifications will be an added advantage.
Education
Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized university.
Relevant Pigment/EPM certifications and hands-on experience will be preferred.
