Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle PBCS / EPBCS Technical Consultant with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM Cloud. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Planning, Budgeting, application development, business rules, data integration, and EPM automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Oracle PBCS / EPBCS applications.
- Develop and maintain business rules using Calculation Manager.
- Configure forms, dashboards, dimensions, hierarchies, and application metadata.
- Develop data integrations using Data Management / FDMEE and other integration tools.
- Perform data loads, mappings, validations, and reconciliation.
- Develop automation scripts using EPM Automate.
- Work with Smart View for data analysis and validation.
- Troubleshoot application, data, and integration-related issues.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and production activities.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
- Prepare technical documentation and follow EPM development standards.
Required Technical Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle PBCS / EPBCS.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud Planning.
- Calculation Manager / Business Rules.
- Smart View.
- Data Management / FDMEE.
- EPM Automate.
- Metadata and application configuration.
- Forms, Dashboards, and Reports.
- Knowledge of Groovy scripting is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL and REST APIs is preferred.
- Experience with integrations is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in implementation, enhancement, migration, or production support projects.
- Understanding of Planning and Budgeting processes.
- Knowledge of Oracle EPM architecture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Education
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized university.
