Job Overview
We are looking for experienced Oracle ERP Fusion Techno-Functional Consultants with 2+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. The ideal candidate should possess a strong combination of functional and technical expertise, with the ability to understand business requirements, configure Oracle Fusion applications, troubleshoot issues, and work on integrations, reports, data migration, and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Configure Oracle Fusion modules based on business and functional requirements.
- Analyze functional and technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Work on integrations between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise applications.
- Develop and support interfaces using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and integration tools.
- Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integration requirements.
- Support data migration, data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Work with Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and other reporting tools.
- Develop or support reports, dashboards, extracts, and interfaces.
- Prepare functional and technical specifications.
- Perform functional and technical testing, including SIT and UAT.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate with functional, technical, integration, and business teams.
- Support implementation, enhancement, migration, and production support projects.
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and project deliverables.
Required Technical & Functional Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
- Strong functional knowledge of at least one Oracle Fusion module.
- Good understanding of end-to-end business processes.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion configuration and functional setups.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion integrations.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, and SQL.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of BI Publisher and OTBI.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects.
- Exposure to multiple Oracle Fusion modules.
- Experience with ERP–EPM integrations.
- Knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud is an advantage.
- Experience working with global clients or enterprise-level implementations.
- Relevant Oracle certifications will be preferred.
Education
Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized university.
Relevant Oracle certifications and hands-on Oracle ERP Fusion experience will be preferred.
