Vena Solutions Model Builder

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

Initially 100% remote, with potential for hybrid working in the near future (Pune)

Onboarding includes training on additional EPM tools like Vena Solutions and Prophix, enhancing your skillset and career growth.

Key Responsibility

• Candidate will be trained on other EPM Solutions like Vena Solution and Prophix
• Data Integration: Work with data sources and collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration with EPM Tools
• Requirement Gathering: Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping and ability to transform the requirements into multi-dimensional models
• Testing & Validation: Support testing efforts, conduct model validations, and troubleshoot issues to ensure data integrity and model accuracy
• Training & Documentation: Provide training to end-users, prepare user guides, and document model functionalities and configurations
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for model improvements, automation, and efficiency gains
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate and collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, understanding their planning needs and providing technical solutions

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field or Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance
• Hands-on experience with FP&A use cases and good understanding of 3 way financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L & CF)
• Experience: 3+years of Anaplan / Other EPM model-building experience
• Anaplan Certification: Certified Anaplan Model Builder / L3/ Solution Architect / Master Anaplanner. 3+ years of Anaplan experience (with exposure to minimum 2 end-to-end implementations on Anaplan)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Anaplan and understanding of multi-dimensional modeling; basic knowledge of Excel, data integration tools, or ETL processes is a plus
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Soft Skills: Good interpersonal skills, effective communicator, and a team player capable of working in a dynamic environment
• Excel: Moderate skills of Excel spreadsheet modelling, macros, pivot tables, formulas, charts etc

Preferred Skills

• Strong client-facing skills, must be organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment and manage a high workload
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI
