Job Overview: ANP Consulting is partnering with a leading consulting firm who are seeking for a talented and detail-oriented SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) Professional to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of SAP BPC to support the enterprise performance management (EPM) processes, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation. You will work closely with the finance, IT, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and maintain SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation activities.
- Collaborate with finance teams to understand and define business requirements and translate them into BPC solutions.
- Develop and maintain BPC applications, models, reports, and planning templates to enhance the financial management and reporting processes.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP BPC with other SAP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW) and third-party applications.
- Provide expert support for SAP BPC users, resolving issues, troubleshooting errors, and offering guidance to ensure optimal use of the tool.
- Design, implement, and monitor BPC workflows for data collection, validation, and consolidation, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Work with the finance and accounting teams to ensure compliance with reporting standards and improve the consolidation process.
- Assist in the creation of financial reports and dashboards within SAP BPC to provide meaningful insights to management and stakeholders.
- Conduct end-user training and provide support to ensure effective usage of SAP BPC across the organization.
- Monitor system performance, ensure that processes run smoothly, and suggest improvements for continuous optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP BPC updates, best practices, and EPM trends to drive continuous improvement in the tool’s capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) in an EPM environment.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
- Familiarity with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW) and integration techniques.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP BPC applications, financial models, and workflows.
- Proficiency in SAP BPC reporting and analytics, including report design, data validation, and error troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive project success.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of financial consolidation and compliance standards (IFRS, GAAP) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- SAP BPC certification is a plus.
- Experience with other SAP reporting tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud) is beneficial.
- Familiarity with data management and integration techniques.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
