Pigment

At ANP Consulting, we are looking to hire a talented Pigment Professional to support one of our key clients in implementing and optimizing their different use cases like FP&A, SCM, ICM and similar solutions using Pigment. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the client’s finance and IT teams to implement and optimize Pigment for business-wide success.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the client to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Design, implement, and configure Pigment to create scalable financial models that meet the client’s business needs.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models, workflows, and dashboards using Pigment.
• Provide best practices and expert guidance on Pigment’s capabilities, ensuring the platform is leveraged to its full potential.
• Customize Pigment to integrate with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) to streamline financial processes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including finance and IT teams, to ensure the alignment of financial planning processes and solutions.
• Perform data migration tasks, ensuring that historical financial data is accurately moved into the Pigment platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Pigment and ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for the client’s team on Pigment’s functionality, ensuring they are fully equipped to use the system.
• Provide post-implementation support and help the client continuously improve their financial planning process.

Required Skills and Experience

• Pigment Certified as mandatory.
• Proven 3+ years of experience working with Anaplan or other EPM Tools.
• Strong expertise in designing financial models, workflows, and reporting within Anaplan.
• Ability to create complex, dynamic dashboards and reports in Anaplan for financial analysis and decision-making.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Anaplan environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholder.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effective.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical minds.

Desired Skills

• Experience working in consulting, particularly in the implementation of financial planning solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and integration technologies.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and data integration tools.
• Experience working in a client-facing role and leading client workshops or training sessions.
• Professional certifications or training in Pigment or related financial planning tools are a plus.
