ANP Consulting is collaborating with a Big 4 firm to find a highly skilled High Radius Professional. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting in the implementation and optimization of High Radius’ Order-to-Cash (O2C) automation solutions. Your role will be pivotal in delivering digital transformation projects that streamline and modernize financial operations for large enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end implementation of High Radius Cloud products, including Requirement Gathering, Design, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, Go-live, and Hyper-care phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Engineering, Technical teams, and Quality Assurance to deploy projects with agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support shadow sessions with clients effectively.
• Serve as the main point of contact during the Build, Testing, and Hyper-care phases, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize SQL for data gathering and configuration tasks.
Qualifications:
• 2–4 years of professional services experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and functional consulting experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, organizational, and collaboration skills.
